摘要:

根据空气源热泵热水机组运行的工艺特点,提出了一个二级监控系统方案,利用可编程控制器(PLC)和MCGS组态软件完成了对监控系统的设计.下位机选择三菱FX2N系列PLC,通过梯形图程序设计,实现现场数据的检测上传以及在上位机脱机或故障时实施手动控制等功能.上位机利用MCGS组态软件进行监控程序开发,实现了数据的采集与管理、运行状态显示、故障诊断和报警以及工况的自动切换等功能.监控系统简洁友好实用,操作使用方便.

Abstract:

Based on operation performance of the air-source heat pump water heaters,a two-class monitoring and controlling system was proposed and designed by means of the PLC and MCGS.The spot controller was designed by MITSUBISHI FX2N PLC to realize the spot data transmission to the host computer through trapezoid program design,and be able to control manually once the host computer can′t normally work.The control program of host computer was developed with MCGS configuration software to realize data acquisition and management,the display of running state,and malfunction decision and report.The system is user-friendly,applicable and easy to operate.
