温州地区垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液的处理工艺

摘要:

针对城市生活垃圾渗滤液存在有机污染质量浓度高、毒性大等问题,以温州地区垃圾焚烧发电厂的垃圾渗滤液为研究对象,测定了渗滤液中CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N、Hg、Pb等多项指标,探讨了温州临江垃圾发电厂所采用的垃圾渗滤液处理工艺和处理效率.采用UASB+Sharon处理工艺后,渗滤液的CODCr、NH3-N和TN去除率均在80%以上,最高可达98%;对该渗滤液进行了PAC混凝和MAP沉淀预处理试验,CODCr和NH3-N去除率分别达到52.1%和99.5%.因此,采用PAC混凝和MAP沉淀预处理措施,可有效削减渗滤液中的污染物,有助于后续生化处理工艺的高效运行.

Abstract:

With organic pollution,toxic and other characteristics,leachate is a typical high-concentration organic wastewater.Based on the leachate from several municipal solid waste incineration plants for power generation in Wenzhou,the CODCr,BOD5,NH3–N,Hg,Pb and other parameters in leachate were analyzed in this article.At the same time,the leachate treatment processes and processing efficiency used in Wenzhou Linjiang Garbage Power Plant were evaluated.The removal efficiency of CODCr,NH3-N and TN of the leachate was above 80%(max 98%) by the process of UASB + Sharon.Furthermore,the leachate pretreatment of PAC coagulation and MAP precipitation were studied.The removal efficiency of CODCr and NH3-N of the leachate reached 52.1% and 99.5% using PAC coagulation and MAP process in laboratory,respectively.Therefore,pretreatments,such as PAC coagulation and MAP process,could effectively decrease polutants in landfill leachate and bring considerable benefits to the subsequent biological treatments.
