基于壳聚糖的普鲁士蓝纳米粒子的合成及应用

摘要:

以壳聚糖为模板和稳定剂合成了普鲁士蓝纳米粒子.采用扫描电子显微镜、电化学、紫外光谱等技术对制得的普鲁士蓝膜的性质和形貌结构特征进行了研究.结果表明:以壳聚糖为模板可以制得普鲁士蓝纳米块;以壳聚糖作为稳定剂时,所制得的普鲁士蓝纳米粒子的稳定性有显著提高.初步说明了壳聚糖-普鲁士蓝修饰电极可应用于葡萄糖生物传感器.

Abstract:

Prussian blue nanoparticles can be synthesized by using chitosan as template.Properties and morphology of as-synthesis Prussian blue nanostructures are investigated by electrochemical methods,interface spectrum and electric microscopy.Results demonstrate that cubic nanoparticles can be formed by using chitosan solution as the reduction or stabilization,and the stability of Prussian blue nanostructures can be significantly improved as well.The application in glucose biosensors of chitosan-Prussian Blue is preliminarily investigated.
