文章针对EM78P447SB程序存储器的程序一次成型、不可更改的缺点,以及单片机控制系统中通过人机界面输入或修改参数的需求,设计了AT24C02、EM78P447SB协同工作的电路,实现了通过EM78P447SB单片机控制串行EEPROM芯片AT24C02,并在EM78P447SB程序存储器的程序成型后,将所需更改的信息存储在AT24C02中,且在断电之后存储信息不会丢失.
Abstract:Aimed at the shortcomings of the SCM controlling system that the program of the EM78P447SB program memory is formed in one piece and unchangeable,and the need of inputting or revising parameters through the human-computer interface,this paper designs the circuit of AT24C02 and EM78P447SB,through which the serial EEPROM chip AT24C02 can be controlled by EM78P447SB SCM.After the program of EM78P447SB program memory is formed,the information which needs correcting can be stored in AT24C02,and won't be lost even when the electricity goes off.
