凉爽织物手感风格的主观评价与群体决策

摘要:

以含有纳米级玉石材料的涤纶、蛹蛋白纤维、莱竹纤维、Coolmax、蜂窝吸湿排汗涤纶等多种凉爽纤维为原料,以平纹和斜纹两种组织结构研制了18种凉爽织物.选择了3组评价人员采用语意区分法对凉爽织物的手感风格进行主观评价.利用建立在序数偏爱基础上的群体决策方法计算评价主体和评价指标的权重,得到织物的总手感值THV,并对不同凉爽织物的手感风格进行了分析比较.结果表明:斜纹组织物的总手感优于平纹组;纬纱为纯Coolmax纤维的凉爽织物的总手感最好,其次为纬纱为m(莱竹)∶m(Coolmax)=50∶50织物,纬纱为m(莱竹)∶m(蛹蛋白)=55∶45混纺织物总手感最差.

Abstract:

18 cool fabrics made of cool jade fiber, silkworm protein fiber, lyocell bamboo fiber, Coolmax and honeycomb polyester in plain and twill weave were used for the fabric handle subjective evaluation in the semantic difference method by three groups of estimators. The weight of evaluation subjects and indexes and total hand value were put forward by group decision-making based on order preference, then the handle of cooling fabric was analyzed. The results showed that the THV of twill fabrics is superior than plain fabrics; the pure Coolmax weft fabrics have the highest THV, which is followed by lyocell bamboo fiber/Coolmax 50/50 weft fabrics and lyocell bamboo fiber/silkworm protein fiber 55/45, while weft fabrics have the worst THV.
