基于步进电机的单片机控制方法,设计了一台具有3个通道独立注射功能的微量注射泵.该注射泵采用单片机作为核心控制芯片,通过3台步进电机的细分控制实现了注射器的高精度注射功能,并应用旋转编码器对步进电机的工作状态进行监测反馈.当注射完毕或出现工作状态异常时,系统将给出提示报警.实验测试结果表明该系统能应用于临床以实现同时对3种不同药液不同输注速度和注射量的高精度控制.
Abstract:On the control method of the singl chip microcmputer of stepper motor, a micro injection pump with a three-channel independent function of injection was designed. One type of single chip microcomputer was employed as the core control chip, and the subdivision control of three stepper motors was used to realize the high precision syringe injection function, one type of rotary encoder was applied to monitor and provide feed back about the working state of the stepper motors. When the injection finishes or abnormal working state emerges, alarm will be signalled from the system. The experimental results showed that the system can be used in clinical to realize high precise control of three kinds of speed and injection quantity to liquid synchronously.
