为了优化空调翅片加工工艺,对5种不同的空调铝箔材料进行力学拉伸实验、杯突试验和弯曲实验,比较这几种铝箔材料的机械性能,分析力学性能、埃里克森值以及厚度变化值.结果表明:材料CC603W和A1200P与其他材料相比,抗拉强度几乎相同,延伸率较大,冲压性能优良,适合铝翅片加工;材料CC438B20尽管抗拉强度较大,但延展性较差,不适于翅片加工.
Abstract:In order to improve the process of fin in the manufacture of air conditioning,mechanical tensile test,cupping test and bending test were conducted for five kinds of aluminum foils.Then mechanical properties of these aluminum foils were compared,especially mechanical properties,Erichsen value and the change of the thickness.According to the experiments results the material CC603W and A1200P have the average tensile strength but their elongation is greater than others and stamping performance is particularly good.Thus they are suitable for aluminum fin processing in these materials.CC438B20 has the larger tensile strength and poor ductility,not suitable for fin processing.
