耐寒性增塑剂壬二酸二正己酯合成工艺研究

运用条件实验法,以壬二酸、正己醇为原料,直接酯化合成壬二酸二正己酯,分别研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等条件对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。该方法合成壬二酸二正己酯的最佳工艺条件是:反应温度200℃,反应时间50min,n(正己醇):n(壬二酸)=3.0,活性炭用量为0.5g,催化剂用量为1.3%(壬二酸为0.1mol的情况下),壬二酸二正己酯的收率达到98.72%。催化剂不经处理可循环使用多次。该催化剂具有价廉易得、催化活性好、不腐蚀设备、无环境污染等优点。

Abstract:

Byusingconditional test,the di-n-hexyl azelate was synthesized fromn-hexanol and azelaic acid bydirectesterificaˉtion.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,materials ratio,the content of catalyst on the synthesis was studied,and the proper technological conditions were given as follows:the reaction temperature was200℃,reaction time was50min,the mo1ar ratio of n-hexanol and azelaic acid was3.0,the content of active carbon was0.5g and the content of catalyst was1.3%(when azelaic acid was0.1mol).The yield of the product was98.72%.The catalyst could be used for times without any treatˉment.The experimental result showed that the catalyst had many advantages,such as easy preparation,lowcost and high activiˉty.It was a1so non-corrosive and pollution-free to the environment.
