以电子病历信息集成框架为基础,采用基于XML交换规则库的方法实现中间件层信息交换.交换规则库提供交换顺序控制和数据库表间映射,将查询结果写入XML生成文档,传递到目标数据源,由更新模块实现数据写入.结果表明,采用XML格式存储的数据有利于实现不同医疗部门或机构之间的电子病历信息交换.

Based on the information integration framework of electronic medical record,this paper probes into the realization information exchanging of electronic medical record by XML exchanging rules.XML exchanging rules provide exchanging sequence control and the mapping between database tables,and generate XML document with query results.Then the XML document can be transferred to the target data source,and help the data updating.The present study provides a way to understand the sharing and exchange of electronic medical record.
