降低菲丁中蛋白质含量的工艺条件研究

摘要：
文章研究了菲丁中蛋白质含量降低的方法及工艺条件。实验结果表明 ,采用适宜的工艺条件 ,可使菲丁中蛋白质的含量下降58 %以上
Abstract：In this paper,the technological conditions and the method of decreasing protein content in phytin are studied.The experimental results showthat the protein content more than58percent in phytin may be decreased under suitable technological conditions.
