TiO2/SiO2复合溶胶在棉针织物荧光涂料染色中的应用

摘要:

以正硅酸乙酯、钛酸丁酯为原料制备了纳米TiO2/SiO2复合溶胶,并用于棉针织物的荧光涂料染色.探讨了溶胶种类及用量、固色温度及时间、焙烘温度及时间等因素对染色织物性能的影响,确定最佳染色工艺为:TiO2/SiO2复合溶胶用量为120 g/L,固色温度为45℃,固色时间6 min,焙烘温度130℃,焙烘时间3 min.测试结果表明,经过溶胶整理后的荧光涂料染色织物,染色牢度提高,且具有一定的防紫外、耐日晒及自清洁性能.

Abstract:

TiO2/SiO2 composite sols were prepared with tetraethylorthosilicate, tetrabutyltitanate as raw materials, and were applied to the fluorescent pigment dyeing of cotton knitted fabric. Effects of dyeing process were investigated,and the optimum process was defined as follows: TiO2/SiO2 composite sols 120 g/L, fixing at 45 ℃ for 6 min, and curing at 150 ℃ for 4 min. The results shows that the color fastness of the dyed fabric finished with sols was improved, and the dyed fabric could obtain uvioresistant, resistant to sunlight, self-cleaning properties.
