建立了染料敏化太阳电池稳态平衡条件下的动力学模型.研究了电子扩散长度L、光吸收系数α、薄膜厚度d等参数对其电子浓度分布特性及开路电压的影响,将理论模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比,较好的一致性说明了该模型的可靠性.
Abstract:A dynamics model of dye-sensitized solar cell under steady-state condition is studied.The characteristics of the distribution of electron's density and the photovoltage of DSCs are mainly discussed in detail,from electron diffusion length,absorption coefficients,thickness of film etc.The theoretical research is in accord with the experimental result.
