摘要(Abstract)：

文章分析了1-9标度的缺陷,引入了较为精确的指数标度,并对指数标度中的重要性程度分级和重要性比率的确定进行了讨论。通过引进客观判断,避免主观判断,改进了T.L.Saaty等人的层次分析法。最后利用南通地区六个县市经济方面的统计数据,对这六个县的经济发展状况进行排序。
This paper not only analyzes the blemish of 1 - 9 scaling method, but also introduces an accurate index number scale and discusses the ratings of the degree of importance and the determination of the ratio of importance a. By introducing objective judgment and avoiding subjective judgment, we have improved the AHP of T.L Saaty's. In the end, the conditions of economic development in the six counties of Nantong Prefecture are put into order according to the data offered.
